Among the headline projects are the first Waldorf Astoria hotels in Tokyo and Sydney, the debut of Conrad Hotels & Resorts in Vietnam, and the arrival of Hilton's NoMad brand in the United States. The company also plans to introduce several brands in new countries, including Brazil, Malaysia, the Maldives, India and Australia.

The beachfront property will include three restaurants, two bars, a spa and an open-air cinema. Some accommodations will have private heated pools or Jacuzzis, while the resort's dining program will include a restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Alexandros Tsiotinis.

Another Greek island opening is Hilton Mykonos Beach Resort & Spa, planned for Super Paradise Beach. The 67-room property will feature guest rooms and suites with private balconies or verandas, with private pools available in selected accommodations.

The seasonal resort will have 111 rooms and suites, along with seven apartments, restaurants, an outdoor pool and spa facilities. Switzerland is also on the list, with the reopening of the historic Waldhaus Flims Grand Resort & Spa under Hilton's Curio Collection. Dating back to 1877, the 143-room property is surrounded by the Flims Forest and offers access to skiing, hiking and the Rhine Gorge.

The United States will account for a large share of the announced openings. One of the most notable is NoMad Detroit, which will occupy part of the historic Michigan Central Station in the city's Corktown neighborhood. Expected to open in early spring, the 176-room hotel will be Hilton's first NoMad property in the United States. Plans include a restaurant, library and lobby bar, lounge, spa and more than 4,500 square feet of meeting and event space.

Maison Dupuy New Orleans French Quarter, part of the Curio Collection, is also scheduled to reopen following a comprehensive renovation.

Asia Pacific will see several major brand debuts. Waldorf Astoria Sydney is expected to open at Circular Quay in the third quarter, with views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Its restaurant program will be led by Australian chef Curtis Stone. In Tokyo, Waldorf Astoria Tokyo Nihonbashi will occupy nine floors of a new mixed-use development and offer 197 rooms, three restaurants, a spa and an indoor pool.

Hilton's plans cover more than luxury developments. The company is expanding its extended-stay brands, including Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites, while LivSmart Studios and Spark by Hilton are set to enter additional markets. The 2027 pipeline reflects a broad expansion across different price points and travel styles, from city breaks and beach holidays to longer stays.
