Today, Sunday, 22/12/2024, about 44,200 passengers will pass through Ben Gurion Airport on 272 international flights arriving and departing.
In total, about 23,800 passengers will depart on international flights today, and 20,400 passengers will enter Israel.
The Airports Authority recommends passengers follow the updated flight schedule on the Airports Authority website and with the airlines.
The IAA calls on passengers to check in from home and arrive at Ben Gurion Airport three hours before the flight. Furthermore, they should carefully check their hand luggage to ensure there are no items prohibited for transport like weapons or ammunition.
"In light of changes by some foreign airlines and their decision to delay and/or reduce flights to Israel, those leaving Israel should take into account that changes may occur and stay in contact with the airlines to get updates on their flights," notes the Airports Authority.
