Delta is preparing for its 100th anniversary celebrations with a new uniform collection featuring an innovative design.

Delta Air Lines is changing the look of all its employees, from ground crews to air crews, with a new uniform collection called "Distinctly Delta."

The new collection was developed in collaboration with Lands' End and is intended for the company's over 65,000 employees. It includes four different lines, designed with an understanding of working conditions in the field, such as changing weather and constant movement, with an emphasis on comfort, functionality, and durable fabrics. All items meet strict safety standards, including the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 standard.

Among the standout items in the collection is the iconic Wrap Dress, which returns in an updated version in response to employee demand, having become a recognizable symbol of the company's teams in the early 2000s. Alongside this, the classic brand colors Navigator Blue, Boarding Burgundy, and Runway Red will also return, with new names inspired by the world of aviation. Another shade, Powerful Pink, continues to accompany the long-standing collaboration with the BCRF Cancer Research Foundation.

At the same time, a unique uniform line will also be launched for senior service positions, including Red Coats representatives and Sky Club hosts, who will be united for the first time under a uniform design identified with premium positions.

In addition, the company has partnered with Italian fashion house Missoni to design accessories, including scarves, ties, and handkerchiefs, to complement the new collection. Bombas is also joining in, providing branded, comfortable socks for ground and air workers. The collection will undergo a trial phase in the summer of 2026 and will be officially launched to all employees in 2027.

"The launch of this collection marks a new era for Delta, where we honor the past while designing a premium and timeless collection that takes us into the next 100 years.", said Ranjan Goswami, senior vice president of customer experience design.
