Strike Hits Brussels Transport. The workers' union FGTB has announced a general strike scheduled for November 24, 25, and 26 in Brussels, Belgium's capital, which will predominantly impact metro, tram, and bus services in the city.

According to an official statement from STIB-MIVB (Brussels public transportation authority), some lines will operate on a limited schedule or not operate at all during the strike days. Local authorities advise planning trips in advance and exploring alternative transportation options.

Visitors and residents are encouraged to follow updates on official transportation websites.

A strike by airport workers is also anticipated in Brussels, involving security and operations staff. This could lead to the cancellation of all departing flights from Brussels Airport. Furthermore, incoming flights might also be canceled, according to airport officials.
