Prague takes off: record number of passengers, 8.5% growth and 194 destinations worldwide
Václav Havel Airport in Prague concluded 2025 with particularly strong figures, solidifying its position as one of the main and at the same time constantly growing airports in Central Europe. According to official data, 17,750,528 passengers passed through the airport during the year, an increase of 8.5% compared to the previous year.
The growth was recorded against the backdrop of a recovery in tourism traffic in Europe, the expansion of the route network and the strengthening of cooperation with airlines operating at the airport.

The busiest day at the airport during the year was August 3, reflective of the intensity of the summer season and the high demand for major urban destinations in Europe.
