The LGBT tourism pavilion returns to the world's largest travel fair, ITB Berlin, which will be held from March 3 to 5, 2026. Companies and media outlets will unite around a broad professional program that highlights the LGBT tourism market's status as an established, dynamic sector.
The pavilion will emphasize the importance of diversity and inclusion for tourism destinations as engines of economic growth, alongside the need for safety for the gay community as a central component of tourism development.
For the first time, Booking.com will participate as an exhibitor and supporting partner with its pavilion, joined by Queer Destinations, the city of Munich in Germany, and the city of Valencia in Spain, which will host the Pride Games in 2026.
Dating app Grindr will also take part as an exhibiting partner of the LGBTQ+ Tourism Lounge.
Spain will be one of the most prominent countries for gay tourism in the upcoming season, with a broad range of destinations and organizations, as part of efforts to strengthen its positioning as a welcoming destination for the LGBT community. Along with Valencia, as mentioned, Madrid, Torremolinos, Gran Canaria, and more will also be represented.
