No wasted time: Japanese budget airline ZIPAIR Tokyo is quickly moving towards full Starlink internet installation across its entire 787 Dreamliner fleet, providing complimentary, high-speed connectivity to passengers.

"Starlink finally launches the 7th Unit. All you need is an open sky. No matter where you are, "business as usual" becomes possible," teased the company in a recent post on X.

A total of eight units will be equipped at the end of the project. "Until all units are equipped, some flights may operate without the equipment. Please note that service may not be available depending on the equipment status or communication environment," added the airline.

Similarly, Copa Airlines also announced it will become Latin America's first airline to offer Starlink Wi-Fi, promising to bring quicker onboard internet across its network of over 80 destinations. At the end of March, British Airways became the first British airline to launch Elon Musk's high-speed internet service, joining United, Southwest, Emirates, flydubai, or Discover Airlines
