The world's leading airport operator by passenger traffic, AENA (Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea), acknowledged that Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport has strengthened its connection to Frankfurt via Condor in a post on X.

The airline will operate the service three times a day using A320-family aircraft with 180 seats, the announcement said.

The three new launches are part of the company's plan to expand its European route network "with additional highlights, offering guests even more inspiring travel opportunities just in time for the summer season."

The company said it will operate the new services both on Condor aircraft from the A320 family and on partner airlines. All aircraft feature a two-class configuration consisting of Business Class and Economy Class.

David Carlisle, Vice President Flight Planning & Partnerships at Condor: “We are continuously expanding our European route network and this summer already offer our guests connections to 13 city destinations across Europe. This creates even more opportunities for both worldwide long-haul travel and attractive city breaks.”
