flydubai and Cyprus Airways have announced a first-of-its-kind collaboration, which will launch a new interline agreement that expands connectivity options for passengers via Dubai International Airport (DXB).
As part of the agreement, Cypriot airline passengers departing from Larnaca will be able to continue on flydubai connecting flights to dozens of destinations in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf countries, including Almaty, Astana, Colombo, Dhaka, Jeddah, Kathmandu, Krabi, Kuwait, Langkawi, Male, Medina, Muscat, Penang and Riyadh.
The flights will be operated on a single ticket, with coordinated baggage transfer and convenient connectivity through Dubai International Airport, considered one of the largest airport hubs in the world.
flydubai noted that the agreement is part of the strategy to expand connectivity and make new destinations accessible to passengers, while Cyprus Airways emphasized that the cooperation will strengthen the flight options of passengers from Cyprus to markets in the Gulf, Asia and Africa.
