The service is available in Spanish and English and allows you to receive information, manage reservations and even purchase flight tickets via WhatsApp. Connecting to the service is done via the phone number 911 401 501, where customers can choose between navigating structured menus, sending free text messages or going to a service representative if necessary.
Among the available options: searching for flights, purchasing tickets, receiving booking details directly in chat, and downloading flight tickets to the digital wallet on your mobile phone.
Additionally, passengers with existing reservations can check their booking status, view itinerary details, additional services and ticket terms. The service also allows for online check-in, complete payments and add additional services to the booking.
Currently, it is not possible to purchase seats on routes that include multiple connections, redeem SUMA points, or use discount codes via WhatsApp.
Air Europa notes that additional functions will be added to the service during the year, as part of the move to improve the customer experience and expand Air Europa's digital services as part of the Air Europa ON service program.
