All Nippon Airways and The Pokémon Company have revealed the designs for “Pokémon Jet Red” and “Pokémon Jet Green,” the first two aircraft in a special three-plane collaboration celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Pokémon series and the 40th anniversary of ANA international flights.
The new aircraft continue ANA’s long-running partnership with Pokémon, which began shortly after the release of Pokémon Red Version and Pokémon Green Version in Japan.

“Pokémon Jet Red” is scheduled to enter service on domestic Japanese routes at the end of July 2026. The aircraft, a Boeing 787-8, features Pikachu alongside Fire-type Pokémon inspired by the first partner Pokémon players choose at the start of their adventures.
Meanwhile, “Pokémon Jet Green” will operate on international routes using a Boeing 787-9. Its launch date has not yet been announced. The design highlights Pikachu together with Grass-type Pokémon from across the game series.

ANA said passengers will experience Pokémon-themed cabins and exclusive onboard items designed specifically for the anniversary project.
The airline confirmed travelers will receive commemorative boarding stickers featuring special anniversary artwork, while themed headrest covers will be installed on selected domestic and international flights.
Passengers will also see limited edition cups featuring Pokémon characters and anniversary branding, alongside custom cocktail napkins available on international services.

The company added that additional announcements regarding future events, schedules, and the third aircraft in the collection, “Pokémon Jet Blue,” will be revealed later.
“In partnership with Pokémon, the ANA Group remains committed to creating meaningful travel experiences that inspire connection, discovery and bring the joy of travel to passengers across the world,” the airline said in its announcement.
The new aircraft are expected to become some of the most recognizable themed jets in Asia as Pokémon marks three decades since its debut in 1996.
