Korean Air and Delta Air Lines are inviting travelers to experience a taste of South Korea without leaving the United States.
The two airline partners have announced "Korea As A Destination," a special two-day pop-up event taking place at the American Dream on August 1 and 2, 2026. The event is designed to promote Korean tourism and introduce visitors to the country's rich culture through interactive experiences, live performances, and giveaways.
Held in New Jersey, the festival aims to inspire future travel to South Korea by highlighting everything from traditional arts to modern entertainment.
On August 1, attendees can enjoy a full day of K Culture Festival activities from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The schedule includes traditional performances, a K Beauty quiz show, original soundtrack live performances, random dance sessions, a DJ lounge, and giveaways.
The festivities continue on August 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a K Culture Experience program featuring travel talks, calligraphy demonstrations, a hanbok show, live music performances, random dance events, and additional giveaways.
The event reflects the growing global popularity of Korean culture, which continues to attract millions of visitors each year through music, film, cuisine, and fashion. It also underscores the longstanding partnership between Korean Air and Delta, which operate one of the industry's most significant trans-Pacific joint ventures.
By bringing Korean traditions and contemporary culture directly to American audiences, the airlines hope to encourage more travelers to consider South Korea for their next international adventure.
