Delta Flight Returns to Minneapolis After Pilot Medical Emergency

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Delta Air Lines Flight 1208 safely returned to Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport at around 11:50 a.m. local time on Monday, August 31, after a pilot experienced a medical emergency.

The aircraft was operating a flight to Orlando International Airport when it turned back to Minneapolis.

The FAA said it will investigate the incident. No details on the medical issue or the current condition of the pilot have been released so far.
