Israel's flagship airline, El Al is increasing its winter flight schedule between Tel Aviv and the largest airport in the UK, Heathrow.
According to the company's announcement, three weekly flights will be added to the route, which currently operates about ten weekly flights, between October 26, 2026 and March 25, 2027.
The new flights will be added on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Flight LY209 will depart from Tel Aviv to London at 11:00 a.m. The return flight from London LY210 will depart for Tel Aviv at 4:20 p.m.
Most of the company's flights operating on the route are carried out using El Al wide-body aircraft, the Boeing 787 (Dreamliner) and the renewed fleet of Boeing 777 aircraft.

It should be noted that, alongside El Al, other airlines operating direct flights between Tel Aviv and London include Israir, Arkia, as well as the Hungarian low-cost company Wizz Air.
