Singapore Airlines is expanding its in-flight dining and hospitality experience, with more than 100 new and refreshed dishes, an expanded beverage selection, new serving utensils and changes to the way food is presented and served to passengers.
The move is part of the airline’s broader investment in the overall travel experience, alongside new cabin products, KrisWorld entertainment system, new amenities, high-speed internet connectivity and ground services. The company is expected to introduce the upgraded travel experience in Singapore in November 2026.
More Than 100 New and Updated Dishes
As part of the upgrade, the company will offer more than 100 new and refreshed dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, in all service departments.
The dishes will be offered under a new menu category called SIA Chefs' Selection, developed by the company's chefs and guest chefs, in collaboration with its catering partners.
The new menu includes familiar flavors, regional dishes, revamped versions of classic dishes, and new dishes developed specifically for the flights.

One of the most notable changes will be in Suites, First Class and Business Class, where meals will be served using new serving utensils specially designed for Singapore Airlines in collaboration with French tableware house Christofle.
The new design subtly incorporates the airline's batik motif.
In Suites and First Class, some dishes will be presented with additional design elements, as part of the upgrade of the dining experience and service.

The airline has already begun gradually introducing the new and revamped dishes to its flight menus. The remaining changes, including new drinks, serving utensils and in-flight service changes, will be launched starting in November 2026.
According to the company, the changes are based, among other things, on feedback from passengers, changing preferences and new culinary trends.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that as part of upgrading the passenger experience, Singapore Airlines will begin implementing high-speed Starlink satellite internet service on its long-range Airbus aircraft starting in 2027.
