After announcing that it will stream the World Cup via its in-flight entertainment system between June 11 and July 19, 2026, Singapore Airlines (SIA) has fresh news for its passengers. The company is getting ready to roll out "an enhanced in-flight Wi-Fi experience, with the progressive introduction of Starlink’s low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite‑based broadband service on board SIA’s Airbus A350-900 long‑haul (LH), A350-900 ultra‑long‑range (ULR), and A380 aircraft."

"Customers in all cabin classes will enjoy faster, smoother, and seamless connectivity from take‑off to landing for activities such as video streaming, sharing content on social media, gaming, and sending large files," explained the airline.
Passengers opting for Suites, First Class, Business Class, the PPS Club or KrisFlyer traveling in Premium Economy Class and Economy Class will keep enjoying SIA’s unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi experience.
