According to the updated announcement, the procedure was initiated by the company in order to protect the continuity of operations and stabilize its situation.
AnimaWings notes that the move came mainly due to recurring technical problems that affected the availability of the fleet, and subsequently also the company's operational, commercial and financial activities.
According to the company, these difficulties were also compounded by broad economic pressures and rising operating costs.
The flight schedule will be adjusted to available capacity, and AnimaWings emphasizes that the company continues to operate and operate flights.
However, the company announced that in the coming days the flight schedule will be adjusted to available operational capacity, and that its teams are working to operate as many scheduled flights as possible and minimize the impact on passengers.
The company is not announcing any cessation of operations at this stage, but it is warning that schedules and cancellations may change further, depending on operational availability.
In this update, AnimaWings is also publishing a series of clearer instructions for passengers.
Anyone who is scheduled to fly with the company is asked to check the latest flight status in the My Booking area before leaving for the airport.
Additionally, the company recommends checking the email address and phone number associated with the reservation, as it will send any approved flight changes directly to the relevant passengers.
If you have not received a notification of change or cancellation and the flight is still listed as active, the company asks passengers to follow the latest information in the reservation and arrive at the airport at the time provided.
In the event that a flight is canceled or changed, the company notes that depending on the circumstances and availability, passengers may be entitled to:
-Refund for a flight that cannot be operated
Change order
-Alternative travel, if available
-Assistance from the AnimaWings team in managing the order
The company also asks passengers whose flights are scheduled for a future date and who have not received notification of a change not to contact customer service at this stage, in order to allow faster processing of passengers whose flight date is close.
AnimaWings notes that customer service inquiries are significantly higher than usual, so response times may be longer than usual.
The company asks that you not send the same request through multiple channels at the same time, and clarifies that all requests will be handled.
In the current update, AnimaWings also defines the dedicated page on its website as the official source of information about its operational status, and states that it will be updated as new verified information is received.
