Hilton is expanding its presence in Bengaluru with two new hotels under its Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts brands, adding a combined 600 rooms to the Indian city’s growing hospitality market.

300 Rooms Per Hotel

The company has signed an agreement with Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group to develop Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport. Both hotels are expected to open in 2030 and will be located in the KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, around 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport.

Each hotel will have 300 guest rooms, along with restaurants, meeting and event facilities, wellness amenities and other services. Together, the properties will offer more than 72,000 square feet of event space, targeting demand for conferences, corporate gatherings and social events.

The development will give Hilton two additional properties in an area that is becoming an important hub for business, technology, aerospace and aviation activity as Bengaluru continues to expand.

Extended Partnership

The signing also extends Hilton’s partnership with Kalyani Group. The companies previously worked together on DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield, which opened in 2024.

Hilton currently has eight hotels in India, with another 11 under development. The company said Bengaluru remains a key part of its expansion plans as it works toward its goal of exceeding 400 hotels in India over the next decade.

Conrad Bengaluru Airport will join Hilton’s growing Conrad portfolio in India. The luxury brand already operates hotels in Bengaluru and Pune, while Conrad Jaipur and the previously announced Conrad Bengaluru Airport are also part of its development pipeline.

Hilton Bengaluru Airport will expand the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand, which currently has properties in several major Indian destinations including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurugram, Jaipur and Goa.

The two hotels are being designed as a single cluster, bringing a luxury and full-service Hilton property together in the same development. The companies said the project is intended to serve both business and leisure travelers as the area around Bengaluru’s airport continues to develop.
