Marriott Bonvoy will return to the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival from October 29 to November 1, 2026, with its largest showcase at the event to date.

Fourteen hotels across Marriott International’s portfolio in Hong Kong will take part, presenting specially created dishes, cocktails and tasting experiences inspired by the city’s culinary traditions.

The showcase will bring together chefs and mixologists from hotels including The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, W Hong Kong, The St. Regis Hong Kong and JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. The program will explore Hong Kong’s food culture through local ingredients, regional influences and contemporary interpretations of familiar flavors.

The theme, “Mountains. Sea. Seasons.,” draws on the landscapes, ingredients and craftsmanship that have shaped the city’s culinary identity. The festival experience will be divided into three zones, each offering a different perspective on Hong Kong’s food and drink scene.

“Hong Kong on a Plate” will focus on dishes made with local ingredients and regional producers, while “Hong Kong in a Glass” will feature a selection of beverages inspired by the city’s character.

A third zone, “Hong Kong at the Table,” will introduce a new concept for Marriott Bonvoy and the festival. Located in The Experience Lounge, it will offer intimate tasting sessions and omakase-inspired dining experiences. The program will feature Marriott Bonvoy chefs and mixologists alongside guest talent from well-known restaurants and bars in Hong Kong and other parts of the region.

Richard Boyer, Regional Vice President for South China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Hainan at Marriott International, said the showcase would celebrate the city’s familiar flavors and culinary creativity. He added that the company aims to continue developing its presence at the festival and explore new ways to share Hong Kong’s food culture.

The hotel group will also introduce a limited-edition merchandise collection created with Lee Kung Man, a Hong Kong heritage textile house. The collection will feature a wine-inspired color palette combining deep Merlot burgundy with Chardonnay cream.

The partnership also includes a specially created cocktail called Cotton Tree Garden Club, designed to translate the texture and craftsmanship associated with Lee Kung Man’s garments into a contemporary drinking experience.

The expanded showcase will bring together hotel dining concepts, drinks and collaborations with local creative businesses, giving festival visitors an opportunity to explore different sides of Hong Kong’s culinary scene in one setting.
