The terror of bomb threats on airplanes continues. Czech police announced at noon today (November 5) that at least four airplanes had received bomb threats and were due to land in Prague.

Czech police said they were working in cooperation with Prague Airport and that it was a low-level threat.

According to the latest update from the police, security measures at Prague Airport have ended, "with pyrotechnic inspections yielding negative results."

"The investigation of the threats has been taken over by NCTEKK, and currently no further information can be provided."

Earlier this morning, an Aer Lingus plane en route from Dublin to Rome landed at a military base in France.

The daily wave of threats joins a long line of previous cases. Although so far these have been 100% idle threats, airlines and airports are not taking any risks and are treating any such threat with the utmost seriousness.
