Air France continues to elevate the luxury experience in La Première class with the addition of non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine from French Bloom to the in-flight menu.
This is the first time the company is offering 0.0% alcohol sparkling wine in this class, as part of an expansion of its offerings for passengers who prefer non-alcoholic alternatives.

The drink is produced through a meticulous process that ensures it works in harmony with nature, and it carries the organic standard label. It is a precise blend of Chardonnay with a touch of Pinot Noir, de-alcoholized to 0.0% and made from only natural raw materials.
The wine contains no food coloring, preservatives, sulfites, or added sugar, and is characterized as a light, low-calorie drink. Air France notes that it is suitable for drinking as an aperitif or during a meal, and is an expression of the art of French hospitality and travel, without compromise and without alcohol.
Xavier Thuizat: “The nose is remarkably complex, revealing enchanting notes of pomegranate and verbena. La Première guests will be pleasantly surprised by the elegance and finesse of the bubbles which are a delight to the palate, adding a touch of gourmet indulgence to the red fruit notes”.
The innovation joins a careful selection of wines, champagnes, spirits and French beers, as well as a menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, created by mixologist Matthias Giroud.
This winter season, Air France operates the La Première class on flights departing from Paris Charles de Gaulle to destinations including Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Tel Aviv, Miami, New York JFK, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Tokyo Haneda, and Washington.

French Bloom has won the title of World's Best Alcohol-Free Sparkling for three consecutive years.
Just as France boasts its sparkling wine, American Airlines announced yesterday (Monday) that it will begin offering its first non-alcoholic IPA.
