London Gatwick Airport is gearing up for its busiest summer season since 2019, with over 230 destinations across Europe, North America, the Caribbean, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, the airport's widest offering in recent years.
During the summer, 62 airlines will operate from the airport, including eight new entrants such as Romania's Animawings and Air France. At the same time, companies operating at the airport are expanding frequencies and opening new destinations.
Among the most notable moves: Emirates launched a fourth daily flight to Dubai, operated on the latest Airbus A350 aircraft featuring the popular Premium Economy class.
Among the airlines that will increase routes at the airport in the near future are Royal Air Maroc, Air Transat, and SWISS, which will increase Gatwick-Zurich frequencies to two daily flights.
Among the new destinations for the 2026 summer season: Bucharest, Tenerife, Paris, Cologne, Sharjah, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and more.
