On Thursday, April 16, 2026, France's national carrier, Air France, made an exciting announcement on X about the official launch of its new direct route between Paris and Las Vegas (Harry Reid International Airport).
"Yesterday, on both sides of the Atlantic, we inaugurated our new direct service between Paris-CDG and Las Vegas (Nevada)," read the company announcement.
This is the airline's 19th destination in the United States, and it will be available three times a week via Airbus A350-900.
In June 2026, the company will also move "further east" with the addition of a second daily service to New York-Newark, aiming to offer up to 11 daily flights connecting Paris-Charles de Gaulle and New York’s JFK and Newark airports, alongside Delta Air Lines. Plus, the French airline plans to bring more flights to Bangkok, Singapore, Bengaluru, Tokyo, and Osaka, while introducing larger aircraft on select flights to Delhi and Mumbai.
In the meantime, "due to the security situation at destination and the closure of certain airspaces," Air France has decided to suspend its Dubai and Riyadh services until March 31, 2026, inclusive (until April 1, 2026 for flights departing from Dubai). Similarly, its services to and from Tel Aviv and Beirut will be canceled until April 4, 2026, inclusive.
