Travelers looking to explore Slovakia's famous mountain landscapes will soon have a new direct flight option from the Czech capital.
Wizz Air has launched ticket sales for a new year-round route connecting Václav Havel Airport Prague with Poprad, the gateway to the High Tatras.
High Tatras. Photo: Shutterstock The new service is scheduled to begin on October 25, 2026, and will be operated using the airline's modern Airbus A321neo fleet.
According to Prague Airport, flights will operate three times per week during the winter season and twice weekly during the summer months, providing year-round access to one of Central Europe's most popular outdoor destinations.

The region attracts visitors throughout the year, with winter sports drawing travelers during the colder months and mountain trails and national parks proving popular in summer.
