Photo: Air Serbia After celebrating 70 years of direct air connections between Rome and Belgrade on June 15, 2026, marking one of the longest-running international routes at Rome Fiumicino Airport, as well as seven decades of Belgrade-Milan services, Air Serbia today, June 17, unveils a new loyalty program.
ELEVATE allows passengers to earn points on flights and services for upgrades, rewards, and travel perks, and it is aimed at changing the way passengers earn access benefits across the network.
Photo: Air SerbiaFrom now on, passengers will collect points every time they purchase a ticket or add extra services, which can later be redeemed for a range of travel benefits.
These include reward flights, additional baggage, seat selection, lounge access, and upgrades to business class. Air Serbia says the program is intended to deliver “a higher level of comfort, flexibility, and unique travel experience to passengers.”
“Launching the loyalty program is an important step, and a completely new chapter in relations with our passengers,” said Jiří Marek, CEO of Air Serbia. “We created the program with the goal of meeting their actual needs and offering them additional value.”
He added that due to the complexity of the system and its integration across multiple platforms, some features will be introduced gradually in the coming days. “But, this is just the beginning, we will continue to develop and improve ELEVATE together with our partners and other airlines, with a vision of transforming it into a wider platform that goes beyond than just air travel.”
According to the airline, membership in ELEVATE is free and open to all passengers. Registration can be completed via the Air Serbia website, with mobile app access expected to follow soon.
With ELEVATE, Air Serbia joins a growing number of carriers expanding loyalty ecosystems beyond traditional mileage programs, focusing instead on broader travel experiences and personalized benefits.
