Emirates, the official partner of the Wimbledon tournament, is once again launching a series of activities and experiences for passengers on the occasion of the tennis championships, which will take place between June 29 and July 12 at the All England Lawn Tennis Club in London.

During the tournament, Wimbledon-inspired dishes and desserts will be served in all flight classes on routes between Dubai and the UK. Among other things, strawberry-based desserts associated with the tournament will be served, including honey cake with strawberry compote and cream in First Class, strawberry tart in Business and Premium Economy, and cream cheese mousse with strawberry compote in Economy Class.

Additionally, in the A380 lounge, passengers will be able to enjoy bowls of strawberries and cream, Pimm's cocktails and tennis-inspired pastries. Emirates lounges in Dubai and the UK will also offer a traditional British menu during this period, including fish and chips and Coronation Chicken.

Tennis fans will be able to watch live coverage of the tournament via the airline’s ice entertainment system, which includes Sport24 and Sport24 Extra. In addition, First Class passengers will receive special edition Wimbledon-branded towels for 2026.

Emirates will also operate an experiential area at the tournament site itself, where visitors will be able to take photos at a designated photo booth and participate in prize draws by scanning their admission ticket. The main prize includes a vacation for two to the Maldives as part of Emirates Holidays, subject to the terms of the promotion.

In addition, the company will offer a branded virtual tennis court within the Roblox platform, where participants will be able to compete in the Emirates Cup at Wimbledon.

Emirates is one of the most prominent airlines in the world in terms of sports sponsorships, and it sponsors many sports including football (such as the collaboration with Real Madrid), rugby, cricket, cycling and tennis, including all four Grand Slam tournaments.

Collaborations are not limited to sports, and last week we learned that after more than 16 years of collaboration between the Dubai-based airline and Italian fashion house Bulgari, a new collection combining luxurious design and unique fragrances will be offered to business and first class passengers.

In addition, this month, PassportNews announced that passengers who book select flights to Dubai with the company will be able to enjoy a free stay at the luxury JW Marriott Marquis Dubai hotel and access to hundreds of discounts at attractions, restaurants and entertainment venues throughout the emirate.
