Following the ramming attack last night in Magdeburg, carried out by a Saudi psychiatrist who migrated to Germany, the Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry sends a letter of condemnation and support to the German people, stating Saudi Arabia's firm stance against violence and expressing its sincere condolences to the victims' families and to the government and people of the Federal Republic of Germany

A serious car attack tonight in the city of Magdeburg, in which a Saudi man ran over crowds at the local Christmas market. Following the event, the market was closed and German federal security forces rushed to the scene. Chancellor of Germany: "My thoughts are with the victims and their families."
